Tommy want wingy....

Working on some wings for the weekend....so far I have the dry rub on them and they will get the smoke tomorrow....stay tuned....











Started smoking around 4:30.....













I took them off around 7:00 and will "package" them up for their last stages. Fry them for about 40 seconds to a minute and then they go for a spin in the sauce....
