January 17th

Ok, so let's meet at BJs cabin (ready to leave for shuttle) at 11:00 for a quick float from Ozark to Hasty. (Brett - you should be good, this is outside of "Brent Rock" Danger Zone). Ideas for shuttling are welcome.

So far here's whose in for the float:
  • BJ, Reuben, George, Danny, Wilson, Brent and Big Job Quality.

Chuck and Rich will be out later.

As far as food, I was thinking about bring out some stuff for burgers, but I'd like to get everyone's thoughts. Post comments so we can come up with a plan....

    Thoughts on chili? I will make a "mess" of chili if you all want, and if we are going to have an outside fire and "The Boys" will not blow shit up while I will cook it with the DO we can do that?

    I think burgers are good and Chili is a bad idea with a bunch of guys very stinky and flammable. I love that we have a smart friend like Danny that has nothing better to do with his time than set something like this up!! Thanks D!! LOVE YOU!!

    I'm good with whatever, burgers or chili. I'm jacked. My only request is a good soundtrack.
    As far as shuttling ideas go, I vote that we haul the boats with a truck, preferably tied down snug, and haul them back to the cabin in a truck, also tied down snugly.

    Sorry for the sarcasm. Just my nature. Anyway, if I drive the Dodge Hoopride, we can use it. With the right ingenuity, we can load every boat and floater in it. We can leave that piece at Ozark, nobody will want to "f" with it. I can bring chips - any requests?

    Coors Light is not allowed in my boat FYI nor my cooler. Do any of you 'hill boys' like shrimp and crawfish.....yes that crawfish you 'hill boys' call them crawdads, but not how we call it in the deep deep deep south....I am almost in the Gulf. The ladies down here make this shrimp and crawfish soup and it is amazing, but did not know everyones thoughts? If you all want me to I will make chili. I can either cook it in a DO or inside on the stove. Chili=simple Your toughts? We are just going to be there one night, no sense in bringing 500 different items to eat when we are NOT having a baby shower and bringing items to eat....we are having a GUYS float/night and the main coarse is a FU*KLOAD of BEER!!!

    The rumor is correct, my train is leaving a little after 9:00. We are going make whatever stops necessary (Bobs AG, etc) and get that shuttle truck to Hasty, hopefully before 11:00. That will give us some very necessary "Pregame" time before we hit the water at Ozark. I'm still all ears on requests for chips. The default chips are looking to be Doritos and Lays - Original, speak now or forever hold my piece. I'm down with the main course being a F*ckLoad of Beer. And just for the record, you all are huge gaps and if you play your cards right, Reid will fill it, as long as there are no small animals or Jasper Sluts available. "Look at me inside her!" Don't laugh, we were all jealous.

I will have it made and we will either cook it in a DO, or on the stove. I just dont want to make it and everyone be bringing something else.     I think that Pruitt to Hasty is a good idea at Pruitt it is only 4 feet deep! With a short float I think Jake can finish his 5 beers and he will have one to spare. Any thoughts??? I will bring cheese and crackers for Chili.
